How do I access the daily meditations? Once you sign up for the Challenge, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account in teachable. Once you verify your account, you will have to log-in each day to access the daily lessons. In addition you will receive a daily email from [email protected] each day with the link to the day's lesson. If you are not receiving these emails, please contact our support team right here.
When does the Challenge begin? The Challenge starts on Monday, February 1st. Each lesson in February becomes available as we move day-by-day throughout the month. Lesson One becomes available on February 1st, and Lesson Five becomes available on February 5th, etc.
What time will the lessons become available each day? Daily lessons will be released at midnight/0:00 UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) the day prior. To see what midnight/0:00 UTC corresponds to in your local time zone, use this UTC converter.
How long will I have access to the lessons? Once a lesson becomes available, you will have unlimited access to them until April 30th, 2021.
I got busy and skipped some days of the Challenge. Should I stop all together, or can I continue forward? You are welcome to continue onwards either at your own pace doing the lessons in exact order or pick back up on the current day’s lesson the group is currently on. You can then go back later to the lessons you missed since you will have access to the materials until April 30th, 2021.
Can I download the lessons? The lessons are not available to download. Audio components, including the guided meditations, are available for streaming only.
I signed up for the Challenge, but have not received any confirmation or meditations. Registrants should receive a confirmation within a few hours of signing up from teachable. If you still cannot locate any emails from us, please contact our support team right here.
What are the live webinars? Sharon is offering two live Q/A Webinars on zoom for this year's Challenge. The first session is being held on February 8th from 7-8pm ET and the second session is being held on February 22nd from 7-8pm ET. If you are not able to attend the zooms, a recording of them will be made available afterwards.
Do I need to purchase a copy of the book to participate in the Challenge? The book is not required to participate in the Challenge. However, if you would like to supplement your experience in February, it is a great way to deepen your experience. Please note that the book Real Happiness was re-released last year with some new materials included in it. You can get your copy of the latest edition right here and save 20% off your purchase using promo code HAPPINESS at checkout (offer expires 3/1).
Does it matter if I buy the physical book or the ebook? All forms of the book are the same. Choose whatever format you prefer for yourself.
I purchased the eBook version of the book and cannot access the audio meditations. You can access the audio meditations for Real Happiness here. Please note that the meditations that come for free with the ebook are not the same meditations you will receive from participating in the Challenge.
Is the Meditation Challenge free? The Challenge is offered on a sliding scale basis with a $10 suggested contribution; however, a donation is not required to participate. If you are inspired to make a larger contribution to support the Challenge, you can do so here via PayPal.
