• How long are the lessons? Lessons are around 20 minutes in duration.
• How long will I have access to the lessons? You have lifetime access to the course materials once they are unlocked.
• When do lessons become available each day? Lessons arrive to your inbox at 3am in your local timezone each day of the course.
• I got busy and skipped some days of the course. Should I stop all together or continue forward? You are welcome to continue onward either at your own pace doing the lessons in exact order or pick back up on the current day’s lesson the main group is currently on.
• Can I download the lessons? The lessons themselves are not available to download. However, you have lifetime access to the lessons inside the teachable platform.
• I signed up for the course, but have not received any confirmation or meditations. Registrants will receive a confirmation within a few minutes of signing up in teachable. If you have not received any emails, start by checking your spam/junk folder or your “promotions” folder in Gmail. If you still cannot locate any emails from us, please contact our support team right here.
