• I got busy and skipped some days of the course. Should I stop all together or continue forward? You are welcome to continue onward either at your own pace doing the lessons in exact order or pick back up on the current day’s lesson the main group is currently on.
• Can I download the lessons? The lessons themselves are not available to download. However, you have lifetime access to the lessons inside the teachable platform.
• I signed up for the course, but have not received any confirmation or meditations. Registrants should receive a confirmation within a few hours of signing up from teachable. If you have not yet received any emails, start by checking your spam/junk folder or your “promotions” folder in Gmail.
